In the ‘50’s,’60’s, and ‘70’s, someone was almost always available to be home for service. Lifestyles and schedules have changed; today’s pace of life is much different from when Don Sr. started. Therefore, we continue to change the way we work with our customers when scheduling to make our visit as convenient as possible. Our goal is to complete the repair in the first trip. Asking for the model and serial # when you place a service call and having factory trained technicians arriving in well stocked trucks increases our chances of that happening.

The refrigerator coils may become blocked by dust and pet hair, which in turn slows or stops the air flow through them hindering the ability of the refrigerator to shed heat.
