They have stolen our name and altered the website address slightly (adding a dash and ‘real’) to deceive our customers. These companies are impersonators and not Sub-Zero Certified Service Providers. Neither of them are factory authorized to service Sub-Zero appliances. Hiring them for service may lead to irreparable appliance damage — using unauthorized parts and service will void your warranty. Don Bacon Appliance has been the only Sub-Zero Factory Authorized Service Provider in your area for over 60 years.
