The model and serial number on your Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove appliance is located on the Model Number Tag (pictured below). Don’t use a model or serial number from any other source, as they may be incorrect. Providing an incorrect model number may cause delays in service or delivery of the wrong parts.

It is important to provide the exact model number from the tag when scheduling service. Your Model Number Tag will look similar to this (with information filled in):
