Called Wednesday AM, they offered to have someone come the next day. I requested an afternoon time slot. Thursday AM, I got a call from Jeff, the technician telling me he would be here between noon and two. He arrived, was thorough, knew his product, and although he found no issues, he made some suggestions to help troubleshoot it if it persists…

We consistently use Don Bacon. They are head and shoulders above every other service entity we’ve ever encountered. Quality Service. On time. Great advice on products to purchase and how to maintain our equipment. (We’ve had worked with a few members of their team and all are excellent). I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Don Bacon Appliance Service is the best, they have just repaired my 25 year old Asko washing machine, over the machines’ lifetime this is the 5th repair, a new belt, done by Don Bacon group. Justin was my service technician and he was super, showed on time , liked my dog and got the job done. I recommend this business with all the stars possible.

Drew did a fantastic job. We had three items for him to look at and he handled each one with great professionalism. He was polite, highly skilled and efficient. I was so impressed but not surprised as Don Bacon is known for this kind of service. This was not our first time using them and will not be the last. Thanks so much.
