Q: How can I schedule an appointment?

A: Simply call us at (513) 451-5225 to schedule an appointment, please have your appliance’s serial and model number ready when you call.

Q: What do I need when I call for service?

A: Having the model and serial number of the appliance is recommended.

Q: The temperature of my refrigerator is too high.

A: Dust and dirt can accumulate on the condenser coil, which in turn stops air flow that helps to keep the temperature low. You can clean the coils yourself, or schedule an appointment with our professionals.

Q: How often should I clean the lint from my dryer?

A: You should clean before or after each load of clothes.

Q: My dishwasher is leaking water.

A: Check to make sure the correct detergent was used. Dishwasher detergent does not foam but the detergent for hand washing does. Also, make sure that the door is completely closed and that there isn’t something loaded in a way to interfere with the gasket.

Q: Where can I find my model and serial number?

A: The model and serial numbers are located on the Model Number Tag. The location of the tag is different for each appliance, so use our Model Number Locator to find yours.
